Sundown
My studio at the lake in Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada often welcomes spectacular sunsets, especially in late August and early September. Myriad colours reflected into the still lake waters.
Surounded by dark red pines, spruce, hemlocks, balsams and birch. Tranquility that begs to be painted and photographed. Or simply to be watched with a cooling drink firmly grasped in hand. This is one of Mother Nature's delightful evenings - 2011.
